Terry has been in construction for his entire career, starting as a carpenter 20+ years ago. Always intrigued with technology, Terry left the jobsite as a general contractor and started working with machine control technologies in 2008 and hasn’t looked back since. He has helped various clients integrate technology on some of the largest projects in the southwest. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and takes every opportunity to learn something new. Terry appreciates the efficiency and effectiveness that construction technology brings to the jobsite and looks forward to helping the industry grow one 3D model at a time!

Project Coordinator / Estimator
Patrick Bulger is a Project Coordinator and Estimator at Takeoff Professionals. Along with his many duties, Patrick can be found reviewing project details, developing cost estimates, and constantly communicating with TOPS clients to ensure the best solutions are being delivered. With over 20 years of experience overseeing key teams and projects, his attention to detail and organizational skills have served numerous companies in multiple industries. A native of California, Patrick now resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
Michael Stallings is a GPS model engineer at Takeoff Professionals. As a former surveyor, Michael brings an advanced understanding of project constructability as well as extensive experience with 3D modeling. His experience in the field has given him expertise in construction layout, project estimating, utility work, as-builts, topographic surveys, coastal restoration, design/build, and property surveys. Michael is a native of Florida, but now calls Virginia his home.
PE, Data Engineer
Jessica Dugger is a GPS model engineer at Takeoff Professionals. She is also a licensed civil engineer with a BSCE from Ohio State University with a specialty in transportation. She has worked on many large design/build transportation project overseeing the survey model so is no stranger to extracting as much usable data as possible to optimize the construction process. She has expertise in the entire life cycle of the model, from design/value engineering, estimating, planning, construction and as-builts. She has lived all over the country and now calls Minnesota her home.
Chad Lawson is a Senior GPS model engineer at Takeoff Professionals providing GPS model designs and drafting expertise. With an eye for detail, Chad has nearly 20 years of industry drafting experience in areas including Civil, Landscape and Residential Drafting. Chad is well versed in several forms of CAD software. Chad is a graduate of The University of Advancing Technology with an Associate’s Degree in Science in Design. A native to Arizona, Chad makes his home in Queen Creek, AZ.
Blake Crawford comes to TOPS with over 18 years of experience in construction surveying and staking for large, complex transportation enhancement projects. His responsibilities included staking and surveying operations to layout transportation structures, roadways, piping, retaining walls, preliminary calculations, quantity takeoffs, 3D modeling, scheduling, project management and coordination with contractor and sub-contractors. Blake has expertise with various optical instruments (robotic and manual), GNSS receivers, layout and survey software, 3D and modeling tools.
Mike Tartaglia has been in the construction industry since 1988. He studied Civil Engineering and Surveying at Mohawk Valley Community College and Syracuse University. With his understanding of the construction process from bidding to layout, Michael has performed many duties which includes Project Manager, Lead Civil Estimator and Senior Construction Surveyor. He has also worked on the design and building of heavy highways, water parks, landfills, subdivisions, and commercial projects.
